Does your potential new home pass or fail the inspection?  Neither.  The purpose of a professional home inspection and report is to give you an in depth understanding of the current condition of the house.  Therefore, I will not pass or fail a house, but will simply and clearly describe its condition and indicate which items and systems may be in need of repairs or replacement.  With this information you will be more comfortable with your purchase and may want to use this information to further negotiate with the seller.
